Spare elements for AAFS silicone-free filters
Spare elements for Omega Air AAFS silicone-free filters. Each stage has its own element, and only an AAFS element of the same stage belongs in an AAFS filter — do not put standard-range elements into an air line for painting.
Three elements each serve two filter sizes: 25 and 30, 35 and 60, 1,500 and 1,680.

When to replace the element
Replace the elements of stages P, R, M and S within 12 months at the latest, or earlier if the pressure drop across the filter rises — this is shown by an indicator or differential pressure gauge. Replace the activated carbon element A by time: saturated carbon stops trapping vapours, but the pressure drop does not change. Depressurise the filter before replacing the element.
Order of stages
In the direction of flow: basic P, dust R, fine pre-filter M, microfilter S and activated carbon A. Activated carbon always goes after the microfilter S.
