AAFHTN25 mesh pre-filters for high temperatures
AAFHTN25 mesh pre-filters for high temperatures trap coarse solid contaminants larger than 25 µm and protect the finer stages after them. They belong to the range of Omega Air AAFHT filters for high temperatures: they work up to 13 bar at +85 °C, or up to 10 bar at +120 °C.
17 sizes from 1/8" to 3", flow of 167 to 46,000 l/min at 7 bar. Supplied as a filter housing with an element and an MCD manual condensate drain.

Where to place it
It goes at the start of the filtration, after the AAFHTC cyclone separator. The 25 µm mesh is the coarsest stage of the range and protects the finer stages, for example the N5 mesh pre-filter or AAFHTR dust filter.
Element replacement
Replace the element once every 12 months, or earlier when the pressure drop across the filter reaches 350 mbar. Elements for all stages are among the AAFHT spare elements.
Flow at a different pressure
The flows in the tables apply to a pressure of 7 bar and a temperature of +20 °C. At a different pressure, multiply the flow by the manufacturer’s correction factor:

Above 10 bar, the maximum working temperature is +85 °C. For other conditions, such as a different temperature, the flow has to be recalculated — contact us.
