Typical uses

It is suitable as the main air receiver in production with a larger screw compressor or with several compressors on a shared air network. The 2" ball valves suit a larger-bore main air line.

A smaller option is VVP2-1500-12A, and a larger one is VVP2-3000-12A. The same vessel without fittings is VVP2000-12, and the fittings alone come as KVP2000-12.

How it is made

Automatic welder making a circumferential seam on a pressure vessel shell
Automatic circumferential welding of the shell
Worker grinding a socket weld on the shell of a pressure vessel
Finishing a socket weld
Pressure vessels suspended on the paint line with a manipulator
Paint line
Galvanised pressure vessels stacked on wooden spacers
Galvanised vessels ready for dispatch

Ventilek’s tip

Two compressors, one vessel. Connect each compressor through its own shut-off valve and non-return valve. You can then take one out of service for maintenance while the other keeps filling the vessel.
