Typical uses
It serves as the main air receiver in production with a screw compressor of a larger output class, or with several compressors on a shared air network. The large volume keeps the pressure stable even when several consumers draw air at once, and the compressor switches between off-load and on-load running less often.
A smaller option is VVP1500-12, and a larger one is VVP3000-12. The 16-bar version is VVP2000-16, and the fittings for the painted version come as KVP2000-12.
How it is made
Ventilek’s tip
Two compressors, one vessel. Connect each compressor through its own shut-off valve and non-return valve, so that it can be isolated without draining the vessel.
