Cyclone separator WHFITC-094 – 50 bar, G 2", 15,000 l/min cyclone element · 50 bar
Code: WHFITC-094Related products
Product detailed description
The WHFITC-094 stainless steel cyclone separator removes condensate droplets — water and oil droplets — from the air before they reach the elements after it. It has a G 2" connection (female pipe thread), a flow of 15,000 l/min at 7 bar and a working pressure of up to 50 bar.
It belongs to the WHFIT process filters, among the WHFITC cyclone separators: the housing is the same for all stages, but instead of an element it has a cyclone element.

Housing and dimensions

The welded housing for pressures up to 50 bar is made of stainless steel 1.4404, or 1.4301 on request, with FKM seals (EPDM or silicone on request) and female pipe threads. It withstands −20 to +150 °C; the actual limit depends on the seals and the element.
Dimensions according to the manufacturer: height A 469 mm, width across the connections B 180 mm, housing diameter C 114.3 mm. Weight 6.2 kg.
Flow by pressure
The flow applies to a pressure of 7 bar and a temperature of +20 °C. At a different pressure, it is multiplied by the correction factor; at 50 bar it is 6.38:
| Pressure (bar) | 7 | 16 | 30 | 50 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Flow (l/min) | 15,000 | 31,950 | 58,200 | 95,700 |
Cyclone element and accessories
| For this separator: | |
|---|---|
| Spare cyclone element | WFC-094V |
| Condensate drain (ordered separately) | AOK50SS, TD420M-230VAC |
| Differential pressure gauge for the filter head | MDHI50-K |
Once a year, check the housing for visible damage. The separated condensate is drained at the bottom of the housing.
Where to place it

It goes at the start of the filtration, before the WHFITN25 coarse filter or the WHFITI20 sintered pre-filter.
You will find other sizes among the separators of the same range.
