The PUMA compressor MC5606 was specially developed for pressurising beer kegs and for use in restaurants and in the food industry. The compressor pumps clean air into the beer keg, so the beer keeps its original taste and is not contaminated with impurities or oversaturated with carbon dioxide. The compressor is designed for automatic operation and minimum maintenance. The low weight of the compressor (12 kg) and the handle placed above the compressor's centre of gravity allow easy handling. |

The compressor outlet is fitted with a straight connector for a hose with a diameter of 8 mm, or with a 1/4G thread. Before the outlet there is a shut-off valve, a pressure gauge and a pressure regulator. The compressor regulates the outlet pressure automatically, it starts automatically and switches off automatically and during operation no operation of the equipment is needed. |

The compressor is fitted with a very strong welded steel tank with a volume of 6l. The steel tank is suitable for beer dispensing and for most food applications. For special ultra-clean applications it is possible to use a tank made of stainless steel. |
Air filtration |

The cleanliness of the outlet air is ensured by two-stage filtration. The intake air passes through the inlet filter and at the outlet the air is cleaned in the pressure regulator. Two-stage filtration prevents the compressor from being clogged with dirt and makes it possible to produce very clean compressed air. |
