Coarse filter BFHPB-25-0300 – DN100 flange, 52,500 l/min 15 microns · class 7 · 25 bar
Code: BFHPB-25-0300Related products
Product detailed description
The BFHPB-25-0300 coarse filter with a sintered element traps coarse solid contaminants larger than 15 µm and protects the finer stages after it. It has a DN100 flange, a flow of 52,500 l/min (3,150 Nm³/h) at 7 bar and 2 elements; working pressure up to 25 bar.
It belongs to the range of Omega Air BFHP flanged filters up to 25 bar: the welded carbon steel housing is the same for all stages, and the element determines the stage. It is supplied as a filter housing with elements, without a condensate drain.
According to the manufacturer, the sintered element can be cleaned in an ultrasonic bath or by back-flushing; when cleaning is no longer enough, it is replaced with a new one.

Flow by pressure
The flow applies to a pressure of 7 bar and a temperature of +20 °C. At a different pressure, it changes according to the manufacturer’s correction factor:
| Pressure (bar) | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 | 10 | 12 | 14 | 15 | 18 | 20 | 22 | 25 |

Where to place it

At the start of the filtration, before the BFHPP basic filter or BFHPR dust filter. The sintered element traps coarse contaminants before they reach the finer stages.
You will find other sizes among the filters of the same stage.
