Spare elements and pressure gauge for BFHP flanged filters

Spare elements and the differential pressure gauge for Omega Air BFHP flanged filters up to 25 bar. The 76090 element is the same for all sizes and differs only in the filtration stage; depending on the size, the filter has 1 to 20 elements. They are the same elements as in the BF flanged filters.
The element determines the filtration stage, and the filter housing is the same for all stages — when replacing, fit an element of the same stage.

When to replace the element
Replace elements B, P, R, M and S once a year, or earlier when the pressure drop reaches 350 mbar. Activated carbon elements A within 6 months at the latest — they are replaced by time, not by pressure drop. According to the manufacturer, the sintered element B can be cleaned in an ultrasonic bath or by back-flushing. Depressurise the filter before replacing the elements.
MDHI 50 differential pressure gauge

The differential pressure gauge shows the pressure drop across the filter elements, so you know when to replace them. It measures a differential pressure of 0 to 1 bar, works up to 50 bar and is mounted on top of the filter. The MDHI 50-K version comes with connecting tubes and fittings for the filter.
Order of stages

In the direction of flow: coarse filter B, basic filter P, dust filter R, fine pre-filter M, microfilter S and activated carbon A. The fine pre-filter M goes before the microfilter S, and the microfilter S before activated carbon A.
