WFITI1 sintered stainless steel pre-filters up to 14 bar
The WFITI1 sintered pre-filter has an element made of sintered stainless steel 1.4404 and traps solid particles larger than 1 µm. The element is made entirely of stainless steel and, like the housing, withstands up to +150 °C.
The WFITI1 filter comes in 12 sizes (G 1/4" to 3") with flows of 1,250 to 60,000 l/min at 7 bar; working pressure up to 14 bar. It is one of the stages of the WFIT filters — the housing is the same for all stages, only the element differs.

The size determines the connection and the flow. Each size has its own PF range spare element.

When to use it
The sintered pre-filter is suitable where the air is warmer: the stainless steel element withstands up to +150 °C, microfibre elements only +120 °C. It does not trap oil; the manufacturer does not state an ISO 8573-1 class for it.
Where to place it
After the WFITN5 basic filter or the WFITP fibre pre-filter, before the WFITM fine pre-filter.
Flow by pressure
The catalogue flows apply to a pressure of 7 bar and a temperature of +20 °C. At a different pressure, they are multiplied by the correction factor: 1.88 at 14 bar.

Element, condensate drainage and maintenance
A PF range element is fitted in the housing — for example, the PFI1-010V for the WFITI1-010. The same element also fits the PFI1-010, HPFI1-010, WFIFI1-010, WFIWI1-010 and WHFITI1-010. Element working temperature +1.5 to +150 °C.
The filter is supplied with an element, without a condensate drain. For WFIT filters, the manufacturer offers the AOK20SS stainless steel float drain up to 20 bar and +65 °C and, for the head, the MDHI 50-K differential pressure gauge. The drain outlet in the bottom has a G 1/2" thread.
Replace the element at least once every 12 months. Once a year, also check the housing for visible damage.

Stage I1 also comes in the PFI1 filters up to 14 bar, HPFI1 filters up to 50 bar, WFIFI1 filters up to 14 bar, WFIWI1 filters up to 14 bar and WHFITI1 filters up to 50 bar. The elements are the same for all ranges.

Stainless steel up to +150 °C. The sintered element is made of stainless steel 1.4404 and withstands the same temperature as the housing. For oil aerosol, a fine pre-filter M goes after it.

- No. Oil aerosol is handled by the fine pre-filter M.
