Typical uses
It serves as the central air receiver downstream of compressors rated at 13 or 15 bar, or as a gas reservoir. Its 3" connections at two heights on both sides can handle large flow rates.
The 12-bar version is VVP4000-12, and a larger 16-bar vessel is VVP5000-16. A smaller 16-bar volume is offered by VVP3000-16-G1.
How it is made

Size the valve for all the compressors. A safety valve set to 16 bar must be able to discharge as much air as all the machines deliver into the vessel at once.
