Typical uses

It is suitable as the main air reserve for a compressor without its own vessel, or as a second vessel for a piston compressor when the tools draw more air than the compressor can replenish. The compressor then starts less often, and the pressure fluctuates less while you work.

A smaller option is VVP2-100-11A, and a larger one is VVP2-270-11A. The same vessel without fittings is VVP2-200-11.

How it is made

Automatic welder making a circumferential seam on a pressure vessel shell
Automatic circumferential welding of the shell
Worker grinding a socket weld on the shell of a pressure vessel
Finishing a socket weld
Pressure vessels suspended on the paint line with a manipulator
Paint line
Galvanised pressure vessels stacked on wooden spacers
Galvanised vessels ready for dispatch

Ventilek’s tip

The safety valve has its own flow capacity. The valve on this vessel discharges 244 Nm³/h, roughly 4000 l/min. The compressor filling the vessel must not deliver more.
