Typical uses
It suits the 1000-litre vessel when it serves as the central air receiver of a compressor station with a single screw compressor. The vessel can withstand 12 bar, but the safety valve in the kit opens at 10.5 bar.
The vessel this kit belongs to is VVP1000-12, and the fully equipped vessel with the same fittings is VVP2-1000-12A. The kit for the galvanised vessel is KVG1000-12.
Ventilek’s tip
A ball valve with a female thread at both ends. It is screwed into the vessel via a nipple, and on the other side you connect the air network or a connecting hose with an adaptor.
