The smallest horizontal vessel in the category. Its axis is half a metre above the floor and the whole vessel is 0.9 metres high, so it fits under a platform or into a low compressor room.

Typical uses
It serves as the main air receiver of a screw compressor in a low room, under a staircase or on a platform. It is the only horizontal size in the category with three connections on top, y, k and j, so there is room for the air outlet, a safety valve and a pressure gauge.
A larger option is VHP1500-12, and the same volume in a vertical design is VVP1000-12. For compressors rated at 13 or 15 bar, there is VHP1000-16.
How it is made

A fall towards connection z. Set the horizontal vessel up with a slight slope towards the bottom connection z, so that the condensate collects where you drain it.
