SCR-75/7EPM2 screw compressor Motor input power 75 kW, supplied pressure 7 bar, volumetric flow rate 978 Nm3/h
Code: SCR-75/7EPM2Related products
Product detailed description
The 75 kW opens the second frame of the range: 2,280 × 1,500 × 1,950 mm, 2,010 kg and a DN 65 outlet. Against the 63 kW that is a step of 360 kg and a whole pipe size — but also 2,300 l/min more air.
Why 7 bar
At 7 bar it delivers 16,300 l/min and regulates down to 3,800, or 23 % of output. That is the widest regulation range anywhere in the range — the machine will follow a demand that swings four to one through the day.

|---|---|---|---|
| Order code | Pressure | Free air delivery (l/min) | Loss against 7 bar |
| SCR-75/7EPM2 — this machine | 7 bar | 3,800 – 16,300 | 0 % |
| SCR-75/8EPM2 | 8 bar | 3,600 – 16,000 | 2 % |
| SCR-75/10EPM2 | 10 bar | 2,900 – 13,700 | 16 % |
The dimensions of 2,280 × 1,500 × 1,950 mm, weight of 2,010 kg, DN 65 outlet and noise level of 78 dB(A) are identical across all three settings — it is one and the same machine.

How it differs from its neighbours
Below it sits the SCR-63/7EPM2 with 14,000 l/min in a smaller frame, above it the SCR-90/7EPM2 with 20,000 l/min — and that one is interesting because it shares the same frame and weighs only 40 kg more.
What is inside
Permanent magnet motor
Above IE4 level, oil-cooled in a closed circuit and with no bearings. Against an ordinary IE2 motor it saves 5 to 6 % — on 75 kW running continuously that is a difference which pays for the servicing within a year.
Direct drive through a taper coupling
No belts, gearbox or coupling. Belt tensioning and replacement disappear — on a machine delivering 16,300 l/min they would mean shutting down the whole compressor room.
Frequency inverter
It regulates steplessly from 3,800 to 16,300 l/min, down to 23 % of output, and holds pressure to within ±0.1 bar. The starting current never exceeds the rated value.
New-generation airend
A rotor profile developed in Japan, multi-point oil injection, efficiency up to 16 % better than the previous generation. Service life over 100,000 hours.
SCR9000 controller
Touchscreen, weekly schedule, operating log and protection against overload and phase imbalance. It sequences up to sixteen compressors with no master panel.
What the machine needs in the compressor room
Here everything changes at once: ventilation rises to 17,500 m³/h, the footprint to 2,280 × 1,500 mm, the height to 1,950 mm and the outlet to DN 65. At 16,300 l/min, or 978 m³/h, DN 50 pipework could no longer carry the flow without losing pressure.

Equipment
- permanent magnet motor above IE4 level, oil-cooled in a closed circuit, IP65 protection, no bearings
- direct drive through a taper coupling — no belts, gearbox or coupling
- vector-controlled frequency inverter, regulation across 25 to 100 % of speed
- the cooling fan is inverter-driven as well
- new screw airend with a rotor profile developed in Japan, service life over 100,000 hours
- SCR9000 controller with touchscreen, weekly schedule and cascade of up to 16 machines
- intake nanofilter with 99.9 % retention, 0.1 µm oil filter
- oversized separator holding residual oil below 3 ppm
- all-steel internal pipework instead of rubber hoses
- soft start — the current never exceeds the rated value
That is exactly why, at the 75 kW, it pays to look one class up: the 90 kW takes no more room. Both sets of figures sit side by side in the SCR-EPM2 range. The receiver and dryer for a machine like this are in the air receivers and the air dryers.
That is a four to one ratio. A fixed-speed compressor would only manage that span by blowing the excess away.
