Stationary piston and screw compressors
Stationary compressors are above all high-output machines with a heavy pump (often of quality cast iron) and a large tank – simply machines that, given their weight, have to stand firmly in place. Stationary machines can be piston or screw, and if we may advise, look at the article How to choose a compressor. You will easily find out whether a big, powerful machine is the right choice for your operation – a car service, tyre service or larger workshop, for instance. With these compressor types we also recommend air treatment such as filters and dryers.
