The A49BP-4-270VT fills a vertical 270 l tank to 11 bar with the two-stage A49B pump and a 4 kW motor at 1,400 rpm, noise 97 dB Lwa and 77 dB at 4 m. For a paint shop with one booth or a body shop where the gun and the sander take turns all day.
Why 4 kW on the A49B pump
Four kilowatts are the most the A49B pump will take: 1,400 rpm and 595 l/min, a displacement with which the spray gun in the booth does not wait for the tank. Two-stage compression with an intercooler fills 270 l to 11 bar and the vertical tank does it on 830 × 644 mm of floor — behind the booth door, not across its wall. Upstream of the gun goes a regulator with a filter, which catches the oil and water from the pipework. If you want a cast-iron pump with 653 l/min on the 270 l, move up to the B59B; if you need to wheel the machine between the booth and the prep area, reach for the horizontal version on castors.
