On the A49BT-4-270CT a 4 kW motor on 400 V turns the two-stage A49B pump above a 270 l tank: 595 l/min at 1,400 rpm, 11 bar, 145 kg. For a paint shop or a workshop where the machine stays put, nobody wheels it about and the tools draw air for long stretches.
Why an Extensive with 4 kW and 270 l
The biggest tank in the range at 11 bar and with it the full displacement of the A49B pump — 595 l/min: a spray gun, a sandblasting gun or a sander draw for a long time before the motor cuts in, and the two stages of compression keep the pump running cooler than on a single-stage machine with the same motor. The Extensive spec stands on one front swivel castor with a brake, has an open single-sided handle and a regulator with a single quick coupling on the outlet — for a machine that is set up once. If you want to wheel it about every day or hang two hoses on it, reach for the Expert (BP) with the same motor and tank. The noise matches the 4 kW motor: 97 dB Lwa, 77 dB at 4 m.

The Extensive has no filter on the outlet, so for a spray gun you need a regulator with a filter at the workstation.
