    Operating principle of the CLR dental compressor - dryer:

    Compressor running

    1. Hot compressed air from the compressor
    2. Compressed air cooling in the radiator
    3. Cooled compressed air with high water concentration
    4. Cyclone separator separates water droplets condensed in the radiator
    5. The cooled compressed air passes through the silica gel in tower A
    6. Dry compressed air with a dew point of -40 °C
    7. Air passes through the non-return valve
    8. Tower B is filled with dry compressed air
    9. The dry compressed air is discharged into a pressure vessel

    Compressor off

    1. When the compressor switches off, the solenoid valve opens (signal from the pressure switch)
    2. Dry compressed air from Tower B flows back
    3. Returns to Tower A at a regulated flow rate
    4. Dry compressed air regenerates/dries the silica gel in Tower A (regeneration takes about 1 minute)
    5. Air and water release
    6. As soon as the pressure drops, the cyclone separator relief valve opens automatically (in automatic mode)
