The best output-to-input ratio in the whole range. For eight percent more power than the 3 kW it delivers 510 l/min instead of 320 — that is 59 % more air. Same enclosure, same 180 kg, same 0.39 m².
Why 10 bar, and how it is regulated
Ten bar set, four bar as the regulation floor. The inverter varies speed steplessly with demand, so the machine never idles. 128 l/min per kilowatt is the highest figure in the range — enough for two air tools at once, or for a spray booth.

All three outputs share the 650 × 600 × 860 mm enclosure, the weight of 180 kg and the noise level of 65 dB(A) — they differ only in air delivered and energy drawn. The last column shows how many litres you get from each kilowatt of input.
How it differs from its neighbours
Against the SCR-3/10APM it adds 190 l/min and not a centimetre of floor space. Above it sits the SCR-5,5/10APM with 696 l/min, but that draws 37 % more power for 36 % more air — there the ratio has evened out. The 4 kW is the point where output is still cheap.
What is inside
Permanent magnet motor
Permanent magnets instead of a cage. On 4 kW it delivers 510 l/min, that is 128 litres for every kilowatt drawn.
Direct 1:1 drive
No belt to slip. The full 4 kW goes into the airend; nothing is lost in a drive train.
INOVANCE frequency inverter
Instead of blowing off the excess it reduces speed. Set the pressure anywhere between four and ten bar and the inverter will hold it.
Low-speed screw airend
The oil-lubricated airend delivers 510 l/min while staying at 65 dB(A). You can hold a conversation beside it.
IT7000 touchscreen controller
You schedule when the machine should run and it starts and stops itself. The backlit front panel shows across the whole workshop whether it is producing, unloading or stopped.
Where the machine fits
A footprint of 650 × 600 mm and a height of 860 mm means the machine will stand in the corner of a workshop. It needs 1,600 m³ an hour of ventilation — in a closed room that is often the limit before the compressor is. Add a receiver sized to your demand.
