Top of the range, 8-in-1The top of the SCR-APM Maxi range. The strongest compressor, a 500 litre receiver and the full 8-in-1 equipment with three-stage filtration and condensate separation. Range 1,000 to 2,000 l/min.
For plants with high, fluctuating demand where the air touches the product — large paint shops, food and pharmaceutical production.
What sets the SCR-15/10APM-500FF apart
The maximum on all three axes
The highest output in the range, the largest vessel and the top equipment level. There is nothing above this machine in the range.
Air above class 1-4-1
Three-stage filtration with activated carbon takes oil content below 0.005 mg/m³. The condensate holds under 20 ppm of oil.
500 litres of reserve
It damps even sharp peaks, so a machine rated at 2,000 l/min does not have to switch constantly.
The largest and heaviest in the range
1,938 × 973 × 1,736 mm and 562 kg. Allow for that when planning the compressor room and the delivery.
What is inside
The airend, the permanent-magnet motor and the oil reservoir are joined into one assembly by a tapered coupling. Around them sit the air and oil filters, the cooler with its fan, the controller and the inverter cabinet.

Where the savings come from
35 % — no idle running
The inverter varies speed smoothly with demand, so the machine draws no power in the moments when nobody is taking air.
15 % — no pressure you do not need
On the IT7000 you set exactly the pressure you need. Every extra bar costs consumption.
5 % — no transmission losses
The motor joins the airend directly through a tapered coupling. Against V-belts that removes the loss, the tensioning and the replacements.
3 % — efficient IE4 motors
Permanent magnets and oil cooling. Efficiency exceeds the requirements of class IE4 under IEC EN 60034.
SCR-15/10APM-500FF specifications

- The 8-in-1 package: on top of the TD equipment an AAFS micro-filter, an AAFA2 activated-carbon filter, zero-loss condensate drains and a WOSM separator. The air exceeds class 1-4-1, oil below 0.005 mg/m³. Assembled in the Czech Republic.

- Dryer 460 W on a separate 230 V / 50 Hz single-phase supply — not included in the compressor power figure.

The dryer and condensate drain run on 230 V / 50 Hz, single-phase; the dryer power draw (370 W on 7.5 kW, 460 W on 11 and 15 kW) is not included in the compressor figure. Noise is quoted at 1 m. The table comes from the manufacturer catalogue and runs in rows of 7.5, 11 and 15 kW. The SCR-15/10APM-500FF draws 15 kW, so its row applies directly. And crucially: the figures assume a machine running at full power — this one holds its speed to the real demand, so it only draws full power at peak.
How idle running happens
A fixed-speed compressor runs in cycles. After starting it compresses air and the motor is on load. As soon as it reaches the pressure required, it switches to idle running — it no longer makes air, but the motor keeps turning the airend and consuming energy.
Idle running makes the next start easier, but it lasts tens of seconds and spends energy for nothing. The manufacturer states it is usually tens of percent of total consumption. And an awkward rule applies: the less air you draw, the larger the idle share — and that is exactly where the biggest saving is waiting.

The compressor itself and its core technology stay the same across all versions. The higher packages add air treatment and automatic condensate handling step by step.
Three-stage filtration
AAFM pre-filter
It sits ahead of the dryer and protects it from oil and coarse dirt. It is in the TD package too — which is exactly why TD delivers class 2-4-2 air, something a compressor with only a dryer cannot manage.
AAFS micro-filter
It catches residual liquid oil and the remaining solid particles that pass the pre-filter and the dryer.
AAFA2 activated-carbon filter
The last stage, which removes oil mist and vapour. Only with it does the oil content fall below 0.005 mg/m³.
Service and maintenance
Cheaper upkeep
No V-belt replacement or tensioning, no cracked or leaking hoses, no main-motor bearing changes, no coupling or gearbox service. A direct drive has nothing to maintain.
Genuine parts and lubricants
To keep output up and failures away, only genuine fills and filters belong in the machine. You pick the part from the documentation or from the marking on it inside the machine.
Service network
Maintenance is covered by a wide network of service partners, so needless call-out costs disappear.
You do not have to buy — SCRent rental
You do not have to buy a new compressor. The SCRent programme lets you take the machine on a five-year long-term rental with monthly payments — in cooperation with Raiffeisenbank.
The monthly payment is not simply the price of the machine divided by sixty. It covers everything the five years of operation will bring. The only thing you pay separately is the electricity you use.
