The 132 kW is the penultimate step in the range and the first machine to pass thirty cubic metres of air a minute. It weighs 3,050 kg, stands 2,150 mm tall and needs 25,000 m³ an hour of ventilation.
Why 7 bar
At 7 bar it delivers 30,000 l/min with regulation down to 8,300. Seven bar is particularly worthwhile in this class, because the pressure penalty here is the highest anywhere in the range — moving to ten bar costs 23 % of the air.

The dimensions of 2,700 × 1,650 × 2,150 mm, weight of 3,050 kg, DN 80 outlet and noise level of 78 dB(A) are identical across all three settings — it is one and the same machine.
How it differs from its neighbours
Against the SCR-110/7EPM2 that is 5,500 l/min more for 150 kg and an enclosure 460 mm taller. Above it there is only the SCR-160/7EPM2 with 33,500 l/min, which shares the same frame and weighs just 100 kg more.
What is inside
Permanent magnet motor
Above IE4 level, oil-cooled in a closed circuit and with no bearings. Against an ordinary IE2 motor it saves 5 to 6 % — on 132 kW running continuously that is a difference which pays for the servicing within a year.
Direct drive through a taper coupling
No belts, gearbox or coupling. Belt tensioning and replacement disappear — on a machine delivering 30,000 l/min they would mean shutting down the whole compressor room.
Frequency inverter
It regulates steplessly from 8,300 to 30,000 l/min, down to 28 % of output, and holds pressure to within ±0.1 bar. The starting current never exceeds the rated value.
New-generation airend
A rotor profile developed in Japan, multi-point oil injection, efficiency up to 16 % better than the previous generation. Service life over 100,000 hours.
SCR9000 controller
Touchscreen, weekly schedule, operating log and protection against overload and phase imbalance. It sequences up to sixteen compressors with no master panel.
What the machine needs in the compressor room
Ventilation rises to 25,000 m³/h and the enclosure height to 2,150 mm — 460 mm more than the 110 kW. It is the height that tends to be decisive in this class, because not every existing compressor room has it. Weight 3,050 kg.

If you are building the compressor room for a 132 kW anyway, build it for the 160 kW — the dimensions are identical and the headroom costs almost nothing. Both sets of figures sit side by side in the SCR-EPM2 range. Receivers and dryers are in the air receivers and the air dryers.
Before you set ten bar, measure what the pipework actually needs. On no other machine in the range does it pay off as much as here.
