20 l · 2.2 kW · 35 kgThe L30P pump in a cage. The L30PN-2.2-20RM is the compact version for the building site and for transport: a twenty-litre tank sits in a tubular frame that protects the pump and the pressure gauges between the crates in the van, and you wheel the machine along by the extended handle like a sack truck. On top sits the same pump as on the big ones — 2.2 kW, 310 l/min, 10 bar from an ordinary socket.
Why the frame, and why only twenty litres
The frame is what you are paying for on the 20RM: on site a length of pipe leans against it, in the van a crate, and the pump, the switch and the pressure gauges stay in one piece. Twenty litres is a tank for a nailer and a stapler — tools that take air in bursts and, with 310 l/min of displacement, never wait. The extended handle gives you the right leverage to tilt it like a sack truck, and two rubber feet hold the machine in place. If you want an impact wrench and a sander on site too, take a V-twin with two tanks.

Where next if the L30PN-2.2-20RM is not the right fit
The same pump without the frame and with a bigger tank is the L30PN-2.2-24CM — six kilos lighter and cheaper. If you need more air and two tanks on site, go for the low-speed V30 range. The other versions are on the L25P and L30P range page. For the wheels, add a tyre inflator with a pressure gauge, and for inflating a spiral hose.
Values apply to a 230 V / 50 Hz supply. The noise figure is the sound power level Lwa; at 4 m from the machine it is roughly 20 dB less. The machine is built for intermittent duty, not for continuous operation.
