The 110 kW stands on a frame of its own — 2,800 × 1,750 × 1,690 mm — the lowest of all the large machines but also the widest. It weighs 2,900 kg and has a DN 80 outlet. It will not fit an ordinary compressor room on its own; with this machine, the room gets designed around it.
Why 7 bar
At 7 bar it delivers 24,500 l/min with regulation down to 7,400. The pressure penalty in this class is the lowest anywhere in the range — between seven and ten bar the difference is only 14 %. So if you do need higher pressure, the 110 kW is the machine most forgiving about it.

The dimensions of 2,800 × 1,750 × 1,690 mm, weight of 2,900 kg, DN 80 outlet and noise level of 78 dB(A) are identical across all three settings — it is one and the same machine.
How it differs from its neighbours
Against the SCR-90/7EPM2 that is 4,500 l/min more, but also 850 kg and a different frame. Above it sits the SCR-132/7EPM2 with 30,000 l/min, which is in turn taller — 2,150 mm against 1,690 — so it may not fit a low compressor room.
What is inside
Permanent magnet motor
Above IE4 level, oil-cooled in a closed circuit and with no bearings. Against an ordinary IE2 motor it saves 5 to 6 % — on 110 kW running continuously that is a difference which pays for the servicing within a year.
Direct drive through a taper coupling
No belts, gearbox or coupling. Belt tensioning and replacement disappear — on a machine delivering 24,500 l/min they would mean shutting down the whole compressor room.
Frequency inverter
It regulates steplessly from 7,400 to 24,500 l/min, down to 30 % of output, and holds pressure to within ±0.1 bar. The starting current never exceeds the rated value.
New-generation airend
A rotor profile developed in Japan, multi-point oil injection, efficiency up to 16 % better than the previous generation. Service life over 100,000 hours.
SCR9000 controller
Touchscreen, weekly schedule, operating log and protection against overload and phase imbalance. It sequences up to sixteen compressors with no master panel.
What the machine needs in the compressor room
The 110 kW jumps to 20,000 m³/h of ventilation and 2,900 kg. What is interesting, though, is its height: 1,690 mm, the lowest of the large machines in the range. Into a low compressor room it is often the only one from the upper half that will fit.

If you have a low compressor room, the 110 kW is often the only machine in its class that will fit under the ceiling. The 132 kW is 460 mm taller.
