Mind the speed
ABAC makes the same block in several versions that differ in speed — and with the speed, both the output and the motor the block needs change. The figures given apply to the version we stock. So when replacing one, compare the speed against the original unit, not just the designation.
Service kit for this pump

What to remember when replacing it
With a new block it pays to order a new intake filter and an oil fill straight away, and to check the V-belts. Change the oil once more after running-in — it carries particles from the piston rings bedding in.

A seized unit does not mean the compressor is finished — the motor, the tank and the fittings usually carry on and only the block gets replaced. Just compare the speed, not only the code.
The technical data match the supplier datasheet and the product parameters. Maximum pressure is the limit of the pump, not the pressure it will deliver in every version.
