The advanced service kit for the two-year service of an ABAC piston compressor with the B70 pump unit. Over the basic kit it adds the valve plate and the gasket set — this is the bigger service that comes after two years.
What is in the kit
All of it under one order code:
- profile gasket between the head/cylinder and the valve plate
- valve plate
- intercooler and aftercooler gaskets
- check valve internals
- intake filter
There is no oil in the kit — it is ordered separately. Pick yours for your machine in compressor oils.
Which machines it fits
The kit belongs to ABAC Proline compressors with the B70 piston unit. The pump unit is the designation of the machine’s piston section — you will find it on its datasheet or the rating plate. Do not go by motor power; equally powerful machines often have a different piston section.
When to use it
The advanced kit is used after two years of operation. It does not replace the basic kit every year — it is the bigger job, where the valve plate and the gaskets are changed too.
Warranty
Using an original service kit satisfies the manufacturer’s warranty conditions. On a machine still under warranty that is reason enough on its own.

Change the kit before anything goes wrong, not when the machine starts running out of breath. And while it is standing open anyway, check the oil and the V-belt tension at the same time — it takes five minutes.
The kit contents and the assignment to a pump unit follow the manufacturer’s material and the product parameters. The interval applies to normal operating conditions; in dusty or multi-shift use it tends to be shorter.
