Why the strongest machine gets a soft start
On a direct start a seven-and-a-half-kilowatt three-phase motor draws a current surge that can trip the breaker even in a well-sized workshop. Star-delta starting splits it into two steps and cuts the peak markedly; once the motor is up to speed it has no effect on how the machine runs. The dryer refrigeration circuit works independently of the motor.
The rest matches the directly started version: a two-stage B70 pump at 1,150 rpm, 1,070 l/min, 11 bar, a five-hundred-litre receiver, a dryer with a +7 °C dew point and 88 dB Lwa against the 102 dB and 1,210 l/min the same pump has in the open Pro Line version.
