Thirty kilowatts at eight bar — the typical machine for a hall where air drives a line and hand workstations and must not run short even at peak. It delivers 6,100 l/min and regulates down to 1,600.
Why 8 bar
The difference between eight and seven bar here is just 100 l/min, barely two per cent. That extra bar, though, costs about seven per cent in energy — on a machine running three shifts that is money you can see on the annual bill.

Dimensions 1,300 × 1,000 × 1,370 mm, weight 830 kg, outlet R 1½" and noise 68 dB(A) are identical at all three settings — it is one and the same machine.
How it differs from its neighbours
The nearest smaller SCR-22/8EPM gives 4,000 l/min and fits the small cabinet; the nearest larger SCR-37/8EPM adds 1,250 l/min. Between 30 and 37 kW the weight difference is only 20 kg, but the footprint grows by 230 mm in length.
What is inside
Permanent magnet motor
Magnets instead of a cage: efficiency exceeds IE4 and takes 5 to 6 % off consumption against IE2. On a machine delivering 6,100 l/min that adds up faster than you would expect.
Direct drive through a taper coupling
The airend sits directly on the motor. A slipping belt would quietly eat into 6,100 l/min and you would only notice on the bill; here there is none.
Frequency inverter
Workshop demand fluctuates — so the inverter reduces speed instead of blowing off the excess. The machine covers the 1,600 to 6,100 l/min band without a single shutdown.
Screw airend
The new airend is quiet and efficient — on 30 kW the sixteen percent improvement shows up in consumption before it shows in noise, though that is 68 dB(A) here.
SCR9000 controller
You schedule when the machine should run and it starts and stops itself. Over RS485 you connect it to remote monitoring, and it handles a cascade of up to sixteen units.
What the machine needs in the plant room
Eight hundred and thirty kilograms and a height of 1,370 mm means the machine will not go under a low ceiling or through an ordinary doorway on a pallet truck without some thought. Noise has risen to 68 dB(A) — you can still talk beside it, but in a room where someone works all day it starts to tell.

At this size it pays to work out whether a pair of smaller machines in cascade would not do better — the controller sequences them itself, without a master panel. The figures for that decision are in the table in the SCR-EPM range; service we provide across the country.
The extra bar, meanwhile, costs seven per cent in consumption. On three-shift work that equation is not close.
