The 30 kW machine is where the large cabinet starts: 1,300 × 1,000 × 1,370 mm, 830 kg and a 1½" outlet. It is the biggest step in the whole range — against the 22 kW it adds 53 % more air, but also 270 kg and a fair piece of floor.
Why 7 bar
At 7 bar it delivers up to 6,200 l/min with control down to 1,700 l/min. That wide range means one machine can carry night running with a single workstation as well as a full shift, without having to shut down.

Dimensions 1,300 × 1,000 × 1,370 mm, weight 830 kg, outlet R 1½" and noise 68 dB(A) are identical at all three settings — it is one and the same machine.
How it differs from its neighbours
Below it sits SCR-22/7EPM with 4,100 l/min, above it SCR-37/7EPM with 7,400 l/min. The 37 kW stands on a still larger frame yet weighs only 20 kg more — the difference in floor area is more noticeable than in weight.
What is inside
Permanent magnet motor
Above IE4 level, oil-cooled, IP65 protection and no bearings to grease. On 30 kW it saves five to six percent against an IE2 motor — not once, but every hour.
Direct drive through a taper coupling
No belts, no gearbox. Tensioning and regular replacement disappear — and with them the downtime that would stop the whole workshop on a 30 kW machine.
Frequency inverter
Stepless regulation from 1,700 to 6,200 l/min, down to 27 % of output. It holds pressure to within ±0.1 bar and the start never exceeds the rated current.
Screw airend
A rotor profile developed in Japan and multi-point oil injection. Efficiency up to 16 % better than the previous generation, service life over 100,000 hours.
SCR9000 controller
Touchscreen, weekly schedule and operating log. The protections watch for overload, power failure and phase imbalance — worth having on 30 kW.
What the machine needs in the plant room
Here everything changes at once: ventilation rises to 6,400 m³/h, the footprint to 1,300 × 1,000 mm, the height to 1,370 mm and the outlet to R 1½". One-inch pipe is no longer enough — at 6,200 l/min, or 372 m³/h, the air would lose pressure in it faster than the machine can make it.

Eight hundred and thirty kilograms, a 1.3 metre footprint and an outlet for inch-and-a-half pipe. You do not simply shift this one into a corner of the hall.
