Product detailed description
Extensive · 90 l · 400 V · 486 l/minThe lightest machine with 486 l/min. The A39BT-3-90CT gives the A39B pump a 3 kW motor on 400 V and a 90 l tank: 486 l/min at 1,300 rpm, 10 bar, 67 kg, one front swivel castor with a brake. For a garage with a three-phase socket, where one person runs a sander or an impact wrench in longer bursts and the machine is now and then pulled over to another bay.
Why 3 kW with the ninety
The three-phase 3 kW motor turns the A39B pump at 1,300 rpm and it draws in 486 l/min — 93 l/min more than the 2.2 kW version. With 90 l it is a machine that tops the tank up quickly and yet weighs just 67 kg and is 983 mm long, so you can pull it across the garage on the open handle without help. The reserve is short, though: for a gun spraying in long passes take 200 or 270 l. The 3 kW motor adds one decibel over the 2.2 kW: 96 dB Lwa, 76 dB at 4 m.

Where next if the A39BT-3-90CT is not the right fit
The same ninety on 400 V with 2.2 kW, an outlet filter and a handle comes as the Expert A39BP-2.2-90CT; a bigger reserve for the 3 kW motor is held by the A39BT-3-200CT. Both spec levels and both motors are set side by side on the A39B range page; three-kilowatt machines of all brands are compared among compressors with a 3 kW motor. A ninety with 486 l/min pairs well with an impact wrench.
Values apply to a 50 Hz supply. Air displacement is the amount of air the pump draws in; how much of it reaches the tool depends on the pressure and the tank. Noise: the sound power level Lwa and the sound pressure at 4 m from the machine. A piston compressor works in cycles, not continuously.
Ventilek advises
The ninety with 3 kW: 486 l/min and 67 kg — the lightest way to more air on 400 V.

The company ABAC has been one of the most important manufacturers of piston compressors on the world market since its establishment in 1980 . Currently, the brand ABAC is owned by ATLAS COPCO, the largest compressor manufacturer in the world and is part of the multinational group PAD (Professional Air Division). The goal of the ABAC brand is to become a world leader in the development, production and sale of piston compressors.

Production at company ABAC
ABAC compressors are manufactured in 5 production centers around the world, with an annual production of almost 2 million compressors. The brand's parent plant ABAC in Turin, Italy employs around 250 employees and is primarily focused on the design and production of professional V-belt compressors with a daily production capacity of over 600 machines. The ABAC plant also has extensive warehouse facilities with several thousand compressors available for immediate delivery.

Innovative concept
ABAC does not only mean compressor production. We are directly involved in the development of key innovations and advanced solutions and set trends in the compressor market. The efforts of our designers have resulted in, for example, an aerodynamic pulley housing for temperature reduction of up to 35°C, the revolutionary XPAND hose reel compressor or the PRO LINE ZERO oil-free compressors with V-belts. In the ABAC program you will always find the most modern and unique solution for compressed air production on the market.

A modern solution
We are a modern company that is aware of the current trends around us. We are bringing advanced technologies to the compressor industry, such as the use of QR codes and the AIR TUBE app to make it easier for the user of our compressor to access the information they need. We use social media, chat and multimedia instead of traditional marketing and documentation formats. With compressors ABAC you will always have convenient access to all the necessary information.

Compressor program
In the supplier program of the ABAC brand you will find 100%. The basic range includes 100% from small portable compressors for home applications to larger stationary compressors for permanent deployment.
