One hundred and ten kilowatts at eight bar delivers 24,000 l/min. It is the most frequently chosen combination in the upper part of the range — eight bar covers a normal industrial installation and the output suits a plant where compressed air drives the whole production.
Why 8 bar
Eight bar means 24,000 l/min, only 500 less than at seven. A two percent difference for seven percent of the consumption — on a 110 kW machine running continuously that is hundreds of thousands a year.

The dimensions of 2,800 × 1,750 × 1,690 mm, weight of 2,900 kg, DN 80 outlet and noise level of 78 dB(A) are identical across all three settings — it is one and the same machine.
How it differs from its neighbours
The smaller SCR-90/8EPM2 gives 19,000 l/min in a lighter frame, the larger SCR-132/8EPM2 adds 4,000 l/min. Between the 110 and the 132 kW the weight difference is only 150 kg, but the height difference is 460 mm.
What is inside
Permanent magnet motor
Permanent magnets, IP65 protection and no bearings to grease. On 110 kW the difference against an IE2 motor is five to six percent of consumption — and the machine runs constantly.
Direct drive through a taper coupling
A taper coupling joins motor and airend — no belt to slip and eat into 24,000 l/min. One maintenance item that simply is not there.
Frequency inverter
The band from 7,200 to 24,000 l/min is covered without shutting down — the machine comes down to 30 % of output. The soft start puts no more load on the supply than normal running.
New-generation airend
The new airend raises efficiency by up to 16 %. On 110 kW in continuous operation that is the single largest saving after the inverter. Engineered for 20 years.
SCR9000 controller
It shares a cascade of up to sixteen machines out on its own. On a machine needing 20,000 m³/h of ventilation the installation is usually several units — and the control system is not rebuilt when it grows.
What the machine needs in the compressor room
At 24,000 l/min that is 1,440 m³/h — a volume at which waste heat stops being a curiosity and becomes an item in the payback calculation. A DN 80 outlet and a footprint of 2,800 × 1,750 mm — the widest machine in the range.
