For sites building a compressed-air station from scratch that do not want to source the compressor, the receiver and the dryer from three suppliers. Particularly where the air must not carry water.
What sets the SPL-15/10D-500 apart
Three machines on one frame
Compressor, 500 l receiver and refrigerant dryer. No interconnection to design and no three separate deliveries.
+3 °C dew point
The dryer holds the air at a stable dew point, so no water condenses in the pipework or in the tools. The current value is shown on a digital PDP display.
R410A refrigerant
The dryer runs on an environmentally friendly refrigerant with a dew-point indicator on the panel itself.
67 dB(A)
The quietest of the range’s complete stations. Neither the receiver nor the dryer adds noise.
What is inside
The latest-generation S67 screw block, driven from the electric motor by V-belts. Air leaving the block passes through vertical three-stage oil separation — in the photograph that is the tall black vessel.
The Infologic2 controller with a monochrome display oversees operation and tracks the 2,000 – 4,000 – 8,000 running hours service intervals. Oil level is checked through a sight glass on the outside of the machine, with no panel to remove.

The machine on its own, without receiver or dryer, is SPL-15/10, 275 kg lighter. A station 375 l/min stronger is SPL-18/10D-500. Smaller complete stations are in the ABAC SPINN Maxi range, and standalone air dryers we also carry for other machines.
The same on all three stations in the range — the difference from the standalone machine is always identical. That lets you plan the space in the compressor room before the machine arrives.
