50 l · 230 V · 320 l/minThe only machine in the range for an ordinary socket that is still supplied. The A29BX-2.2-50CM has a single-phase 2.2 kW motor on 230 V; the A29B pump draws in 320 l/min at 1,300 rpm and fills the 50 l tank to 10 bar. At 58 kg you pull it over a threshold on its castors and, with the removable handle, load it into a van — a belt-driven compressor for a workshop without a 400 V supply. The A-X range is on clearance: the last units at a lower price, and once they are sold only the new Expert and Extensive ranges remain.
Why 230 V and 50 l
It is the only fifty and the only single-phase machine still supplied in the range. A 2.2 kW motor on an ordinary socket wants a short heavy-gauge lead and the right breaker, so that start-up does not trip it; the reward is a machine that moves without an electrician. The 50 l tank fills quickly and is enough for a gun with a short draw, a stapler, tyre inflation and blowing off; anyone who grinds or tightens for a long stretch reaches for a bigger tank on 400 V. Noise of motor and pump: 93 dB Lwa, 73 dB at 4 m.

If you have 400 V at the workstation and want more reserve, take the A39X-2.2-100CT, with 100 l; if you need 11 bar for an impact wrench, the A49BX-2.2-150CT. All six machines side by side are on the Pro Line A-X range page; fifty-litre machines of other brands are among compressors with a 50 l tank. A spray gun goes with a regulator with a filter at the workstation.
Values apply to a 50 Hz supply. Air intake is the amount of air the pump draws in. Noise is given as the sound power level Lwa and the sound pressure at 4 m from the machine. A piston compressor works in cycles (topping up the tank and pausing), not continuously.
