Silent Line LN · 270 l · 85 dB LwaThe calmest of the fifteen. A39B-2.2-270L1T holds 85 dB Lwa, which is 65 dB at four metres — a level at which people can talk normally in a workshop. The single-stage A39B pump delivers 393 l/min at 10 bar, the motor is 2.2 kW and runs on 400 V.
Why the smallest machine of the range
Lower output means lower speed and a smaller pump, and that is the main reason this machine is four decibels calmer than most of the category. On a 270 litre receiver it still has a reserve that covers short peaks — for one person with air tools it is enough with room to spare.
The single-stage pump works at 10 bar. For an ordinary workshop line set to 6 to 8 bar that is plenty; anyone needing 11 bar reaches for the two-stage A49B. In the open Pro Line version the same pump runs at 95 dB Lwa and the same 393 l/min.
