The B59B-4-90CTH has the cast-iron two-stage B59B pump geared down to 928 rpm, which draws in 442 l/min and fills the ninety to 15 bar — a 4 kW motor on 400 V, 97 kg on wheels. For a truck tyre shop and tools that 11 bar is not enough for.
Why 15 bar and 90 l
The same pump as on the other B59Bs, just with a different drive ratio: it runs at 928 rpm instead of 1,400, draws in 442 l/min and pushes 15 bar into the tank. A smaller tank, but a higher pressure: an impact wrench on truck wheels gets the 15 bar it is missing at 11 bar. The chassis is smaller than on the other CTs — two wheels and a handle for moving around the workshop; the regulator with two quick couplings stays and with it you bring the pressure down to 11 or 8 bar for ordinary tools. The noise is the same as on the other B59Bs: 97 dB Lwa, 77 dB at 4 m.
