ABAC Tech ATH · 15 bar · on frameEntry into the high-pressure range. ATH-1,5/15-BT is a two-stage unit on a steel frame, which delivers 180 l/min at full 15 bar and can run continuously. It has no tank of its own, so it connects to the distribution system or to an air receiver you already have in operation — but it must be certified for fifteen bar.
Why a two-stage machine
A single-stage compressor loses efficiency and overheats at fifteen bar. ATH therefore compresses in two steps: the low-pressure cylinder pre-compresses the air, the intercooler removes heat from it, and the high-pressure cylinder compresses it further to the operating pressure. That's why this machine delivers 180 l/min even at full 15 bar from the 252 l/min intake.
A frame without a tank makes sense where you already have an air supply — a main air receiver in the plant room or a sufficiently long distribution line. If you don't have a tank, it's simpler to choose the version on an air receiver, where the certified tank is part of the assembly.
