Product detailed description
B70 · on castors · 270 l · 1,210 l/min · 11 barThe strongest pump of the range on the smallest tank ABAC pairs it with. The B70-7.5-270CT pumps 1,210 l/min into 270 l at 11 bar: the cast-iron two-stage B70 pump, a 7.5 kW motor on 400 V, 1,300 rpm, 199 kg on castors with brakes. For a workshop where several people draw air at once and the machine still gets wheeled about.
Why a B70 with 270 l
If you draw a lot of air but need to move the machine, you do not want to wheel a 500 around: the B70-7.5-270CT puts 1,210 l/min into a 270 l tank, so the pump tops up almost as fast as four people draw, and at 199 kg it still gets around the workshop on two front swivel castors with brakes, pushed by the handle with a rubber grip. Two hoses plug into the regulator on the tank; tank pressure and tool pressure are watched by two gauges. The B70 pump at 1,300 rpm has 102 dB Lwa, 82 dB at 4 m. If you want longer pauses for the pump, take the B70 with the 500.

Where next if the B70-7.5-270CT is not the right fit
Longer pauses for the pump with the same motor come from the B70-7.5-500CT; the same set-up on feet is the B70-7.5-270FT. How it differs from the B59B and B60 on the same tank is shown on the B59B to B70 range page; seven-and-a-half-kilowatt machines of other brands are found among compressors with a 7.5 kW motor. From the quick couplings to the tools run two spiral hoses.
Values apply to a 400 V / 50 Hz supply. Air intake is the amount of air the pump draws in; how much of it reaches the tool depends on the pressure and the tank. Noise is given as the sound power level Lwa and the sound pressure at 4 m from the machine. A piston compressor works in cycles (topping up the tank and pausing), not continuously.
Ventilek advises
The biggest pump on 270 l: 1,210 l/min for four people — and a machine that can still be moved.

The company ABAC has been one of the most important manufacturers of piston compressors on the world market since its establishment in 1980 . Currently, the brand ABAC is owned by ATLAS COPCO, the largest compressor manufacturer in the world and is part of the multinational group PAD (Professional Air Division). The goal of the ABAC brand is to become a world leader in the development, production and sale of piston compressors.

Production at company ABAC
ABAC compressors are manufactured in 5 production centers around the world, with an annual production of almost 2 million compressors. The brand's parent plant ABAC in Turin, Italy employs around 250 employees and is primarily focused on the design and production of professional V-belt compressors with a daily production capacity of over 600 machines. The ABAC plant also has extensive warehouse facilities with several thousand compressors available for immediate delivery.

Innovative concept
ABAC does not only mean compressor production. We are directly involved in the development of key innovations and advanced solutions and set trends in the compressor market. The efforts of our designers have resulted in, for example, an aerodynamic pulley housing for temperature reduction of up to 35°C, the revolutionary XPAND hose reel compressor or the PRO LINE ZERO oil-free compressors with V-belts. In the ABAC program you will always find the most modern and unique solution for compressed air production on the market.

A modern solution
We are a modern company that is aware of the current trends around us. We are bringing advanced technologies to the compressor industry, such as the use of QR codes and the AIR TUBE app to make it easier for the user of our compressor to access the information they need. We use social media, chat and multimedia instead of traditional marketing and documentation formats. With compressors ABAC you will always have convenient access to all the necessary information.

Compressor program
In the supplier program of the ABAC brand you will find 100%. The basic range includes 100% from small portable compressors for home applications to larger stationary compressors for permanent deployment.
