ABAC Tech ATH · 20 bar · 270 lReady-made high-pressure assembly. The ATH-5,5/20-270FTX is a two-stage unit mounted on a 270 l horizontal air receiver, with a delivery of 402 l/min at 20 bar. The tank is certified for the operating pressure and also serves as the base — the unit, motor and pressure switch are mounted on it from the factory. The S1 motor can run continuously.
What's simpler about the assembly with a tank
Not just any tank can be connected to twenty bar: it must be designed for that pressure and have the corresponding inspection and documentation. In the FT version, the manufacturer handles this — the tank is part of the machine and is certified together with it. The assembly only needs to be set up, wired and connected to the distribution line.
Two hundred seventy litres at twenty bar holds a large reserve of air, so the motor starts less often and the pressure in the distribution line is more stable. However, the weight of 211 kg and length of 1,915 mm are the price to pay — the machine needs to be transported to the installation site using equipment.
