WK650P-PLATE is a standalone cast iron unit of the 4.0 kW platform on a base frame, without a pressure vessel. The 2V twin-cylinder unit with a power input of 4.0 kW (5.5 HP) has an intake of 630 l/min, delivers 550 l/min to the distribution line at 10 bar, and operates at 993 rpm. 400 V / 50 Hz power supply, V-belt drive, noise level approx. 80 dB(A), 3-year warranty after registration at waltercesko.cz.
It serves as the mechanical base of the most frequently requested machine in the range – simply without the tank, wheels, and distribution system. It is purchased by those building a separate compressor room to keep the noise behind closed doors, or by those whose unit on a 270 l tank compressor has reached the end of its service life while the tank still has a valid inspection. Transport and Commissioning
The machine is delivered on a pallet. Before the first start, check the oil level, direction of rotation, and the tightness of connections; after the first 8 hours of operation, tighten the cylinder head bolts to a torque of 25 Nm. Leave the electrical connection to a professional — for three-phase machines, it is necessary to verify the correct phase sequence.
