The genuine WALTER WKTT oil for this make of piston compressor. Mineral base with additives, viscosity chosen for the robust cast-iron GK pumps. Resealable bottle.
Which pumps it belongs in
The oil is meant for the professional cast-iron WALTER GK pumps. The capacity grows with size: GK420 1.2 l, GK530 1.5 l, GK630 and GK880 2 l, GK1400 3 l.
A cast-iron pump takes more than an aluminium one, but only with an oil that does not foam and holds its film under pressure loading. That is why neither engine nor hydraulic oil goes into it.

How many changes it covers
It does not cover a full change even on the smallest pump, the GK420 (1.2 l) — count on two bottles. For a GK630 and larger the five-litre pack WK5-OIL is cheaper. The one-litre pack suits a top-up reserve best.
How it differs from its siblings
Machines of other makes take their own genuine oils — ATM-OIL for ATMOS, BWL-1 for Black Wind and the Altair range for ABAC, for instance ALT-1.

On cast-iron pumps watch the level more often than on aluminium ones. More oil in the crankcase also means more that can disappear unnoticed.
Technical data follow the supplier’s datasheet and the manufacturer’s documentation. The change interval applies at normal temperature and humidity and in a dust-free environment. Oil is drained warm, with the machine shut down and depressurised.
