The V30-2.2-50CM is a twin-cylinder 50 l compressor for the workshop where the compressor never gets switched off: the V30 pump at 1,450 rpm gives 330 l/min and 10 bar from an ordinary socket, the horizontal tank evens out the draw of a sander or a spray gun, and the swivel castor at the front turns it on the spot. Sixty kilos of metal that does not run hot.
A fifty that runs all day
A high-speed V-twin with the same output weighs 42 kg and costs less — the difference is in the speed. In a shift the V30 pistons cover half the distance, the valves close half as many times and the pump with its large fan stays cool even after hours of sanding. Fifty litres is enough reserve for a spray gun or a random orbital sander to run smoothly, with time for the motor to cool down between cycles. The rubber-tyred rear wheels and the swivel front castor make it a machine that follows the work around the workshop, not one you have to walk over to.
