Screw block and drive system
Low-speed screw block: A precise, oil-lubricated block of our own production with a modern rotor profile delivers a large volume of air with high efficiency.
1:1 Direct Drive: No V-belts, gearboxes, or flexible couplings. Pure power transmission without maintenance or energy loss.
Permanent Magnet Technology: We use oil-cooled PM motors with extreme efficiency, exceeding IE4 standards.
IT7000 Touch Control Unit
Operation is handled by a modern unit with a 7" color touchscreen. Offers weekly running schedules, error message archives, automatic restarts, and detailed machine status monitoring.
Variable Speed Drive Control
Conventional compressors waste energy in idle running. Thanks to the frequency converter, the SCR-APM Mini continuously adjusts motor speed precisely according to your current consumption. This eliminates idle running and saves tens of percent in costs.
INOVANCE Vector Inverters
The vector-controlled inverters used were developed specifically for screw compressors. They provide high torque from 0.1 Hz, ensuring maximum efficiency across the entire speed range.
Operating Status Indication by Lighting
The effective illumination of the front panel indicates the compressor's status. At a glance across the entire workshop, you can see if the compressor is producing air, is in relief mode, or is stopped.
RDL Air Dryer
The 3-in-1 units are equipped with a condensation dryer with a dew point of +5 °C. It uses environmentally friendly R513a refrigerant and a float condensate drain with no losses.

The compressor, receiver, and dryer combined in one machine saves not only space but also time and money on the installation and connection of individual components.
