The entry model of the rangeThe way into the SPINN SPV range. The drive keeps the speed exactly on what the workshop is using — from 131 to 293 litres a minute. The 200-litre receiver and the refrigerant dryer are part of the frame, and at 57 dB(A) it is, together with the 3 kW, the quietest machine in the range.
For smaller workshops and service shops where air is drawn irregularly — a moment of impact wrench, then nothing. That is exactly where the drive saves most.
What sets the SPV-2,2/10D-200 apart
Range 131–293 l/min
The lower figure is the one that matters. When the tools draw little, the machine drops to 131 l/min instead of idling.
The smallest motor in the range
Two point two kilowatts. For a workshop running one or two pneumatic tools, where paying for unused output makes no sense.
57 dB(A)
The quietest machine in the range together with the 3 kW. The difference against the 5.5 kW is four decibels, and those you hear in a workshop.
Dry air included
The refrigerant dryer is part of the set, not an extra. Air enters the pipework free of water.
What is inside
Under the canopy sits the C43 screw block driven from the motor by V-belts, a refrigerant dryer and a central automatic condensate drain.
Control is handled by the Infologic2 Connect unit with a colour display. It tracks the 2,000 – 4,000 – 6,000 running hours service intervals and allows machine monitoring and precise setting of the outlet pressure.

A range 67 l/min wider at the top comes with the SPV-3/10D-200 at the same noise level. If demand in your workshop does not fluctuate and a drive would not pay off, the same machines at fixed speed are in the ABAC SPINN Mini range. And where 230 V is enough, the ABAC SPINN.D range has them.
The upper figure says what the machine handles at peak. The lower one says how far it drops when nothing is happening — and that is where the saving is.
