Complete set, 500 lA set for workshops building their pipework from scratch that do not want to assemble compressor, vessel and dryer piece by piece. It delivers 996 l/min at 10 bar, the air leaves dry, and the 500-litre receiver covers the peaks when several tools draw at once.
For workshops and smaller plants where the source of air should be a finished thing: deliver, stand it up, connect. Typically a car service, a metalworking shop or a paint shop without its own plant room.
What sets the SPN-7,5/10DX-500 apart
Five hundred litres in reserve
The receiver covers peak demand without the compressor having to cut in. The motor starts less often and lasts longer.
Dryer using R513A
The refrigerant dryer is part of the frame and uses an eco-friendly refrigerant. Air leaving the outlet enters the pipework already free of water.
Automatic draining
The central condensate drain works on its own. No more walking round the machine every day with a bucket.
V-belt drive and C55 block
V-belts drive the latest-generation screw block. Maintenance stays with the oil, the filters and belt tension.
What is inside
Under the canopy sits the C55 screw block, driven from the motor by V-belts. Beside it the cooler, the oil circuit and the separator, a refrigerant dryer using R513A and a central automatic condensate drain.
Control is handled by the Infologic2 unit with a display. The oil sight glass is on the outside of the canopy and the panels come off, so checking the oil or changing filters does not take half a day.

With the same vessel and dryer but 420 l/min stronger comes the SPN-11/10DX-500. A smaller set, one decibel quieter, with a 270-litre vessel is the SPN-5,5/10DX-270. If the vessel and the dryer are already in your pipework, the bare SPN-7,5/10X unit is enough.
Every start costs the motor something. A bigger vessel covers the peak and the compressor cuts in less often — you see it in the service life.
