Screw Compressor Air Tank and Dryer CRS-7,5/10-200D input power 7.5 kW, output 848 l/min, pressure 10 bar, air receiver 200 l, voltage 400/50 V/Hz
Code: CRS-7-5/10D-200Related products
Product detailed description
The most complete package in the CROSS range— a seven-and-a-half kilowatt compressor, a two-hundred-litre receiver and a refrigerant dryer in one unit. Dry air right at the outlet, +5 °C dew point.
848 litres of air per minuteat 10 bar, variable speed drive and continuous duty. The dryer adds 86 mm of width and 27 kg over the version without it.
First service after 2,000 hours
When a dryer pays off
Spray painting
Water in the air leaves craters in the paint. Spraying without a dryer is not an option.
Air tools
Condensate washes the oil out of the line and tools corrode from the inside.
Long piping runs
The longer the pipe, the more water condenses in it. A dryer solves it at the source.
Unheated workshops
In winter condensate freezes in the couplings. Dry air removes the problem.
What it looks like in service
The most complete package in the range — output, vessel and dryer in one unit.
At 63 dB(A) the machine stands in the workshop itself — no separate compressor room and no long pipe run, usually the most expensive part of the installation in a small shop.
Who this particular model is for

Dry air for full respray work.

Plasma needs air free of condensate.

Spray booth and workshop from a single source.
Which CROSS to choose
The usual question is not whether to buy a screw compressor, but which one from the range. Here is this model next to its closest neighbours.

Frequently asked questions about this model
- What dew point does it hold?
- +5 °C, the same as on the four-kilowatt version. The only difference is how much air the dryer can treat.
- Is it enough for a paint shop?
- For an ordinary spray booth, yes. For large surfaces or two guns at once, work the consumption out from the gun maker figures.
- How does it differ from the CRS-4/10D-200?
- The dryer and the vessel are the same. What differs is output — 848 against 498 l/min — and noise, 63 against 60 dB(A).
Air delivery measured per ISO 1217 ed. 4 (2009), annex E, at a reference pressure of 9.5 bar; noise per ISO 2151 (2004).
This is the best-equipped set in the series — there is nothing above it in CROSS. The same machine without a dryer is the CRS-7,5/10-200, 86 mm narrower and 27 kg lighter. The same equipment with an output of 498 l/min comes as the CRS-4/10D-200. And when the air has to serve a whole hall, above this set the ABAC SPINN Maxi series begins and runs up to 15 kW.
Compressor, 200-litre tank and dryer in one frame. When even this is not enough, you do not buy a bigger CROSS — you move straight up a class.

The company ABAC has been one of the most important manufacturers of piston compressors on the world market since its establishment in 1980 . Currently, the brand ABAC is owned by ATLAS COPCO, the largest compressor manufacturer in the world and is part of the multinational group PAD (Professional Air Division). The goal of the ABAC brand is to become a world leader in the development, production and sale of piston compressors.

Production at company ABAC
ABAC compressors are manufactured in 5 production centers around the world, with an annual production of almost 2 million compressors. The brand's parent plant ABAC in Turin, Italy employs around 250 employees and is primarily focused on the design and production of professional V-belt compressors with a daily production capacity of over 600 machines. The ABAC plant also has extensive warehouse facilities with several thousand compressors available for immediate delivery.

Innovative concept
ABAC does not only mean compressor production. We are directly involved in the development of key innovations and advanced solutions and set trends in the compressor market. The efforts of our designers have resulted in, for example, an aerodynamic pulley housing for temperature reduction of up to 35°C, the revolutionary XPAND hose reel compressor or the PRO LINE ZERO oil-free compressors with V-belts. In the ABAC program you will always find the most modern and unique solution for compressed air production on the market.

A modern solution
We are a modern company that is aware of the current trends around us. We are bringing advanced technologies to the compressor industry, such as the use of QR codes and the AIR TUBE app to make it easier for the user of our compressor to access the information they need. We use social media, chat and multimedia instead of traditional marketing and documentation formats. With compressors ABAC you will always have convenient access to all the necessary information.

Compressor program
In the supplier program of the ABAC brand you will find 100%. The basic range includes 100% from small portable compressors for home applications to larger stationary compressors for permanent deployment.
