The A29B-2.2-90CM has the A29B pump with a 2.2 kW motor for a 230 V socket and a 90 l tank: 320 l/min of displacement at 1,300 rpm, 10 bar, 56 kg on castors. A belt-driven machine with a moulded belt guard and an aftercooler, as it was built before the Extensive range; its place in the line-up is taken by the A29BT-2.2-90CT on 400 V.
What is different from the Extensive
The A29B pump, the 2.2 kW motor, the 320 l/min of displacement, the moulded belt guard and the aftercooler are the same as on the new generation; what differs is the frame and tank of the previous generation (56 kg, 1,010 × 415 × 900 mm) and the outlet with two DN 7.2 quick couplings next to the regulator. The motor runs from an ordinary 230 V socket, which the current A29B range does not offer on the ninety; one front swivel castor with a brake and an open handle are as on the Extensive. Noise 93 dB Lwa, 73 dB at 4 m. Spare parts for the pump are shared with the new generation.

Where next if the A29B-2.2-90CM is not the right fit
The successor with the same pump on 400 V is the A29BT-2.2-90CT; a ninety for a 230 V socket with a 1.5 kW motor is offered by the Export range. The new generation is compared on the A29B range page; the sister A-X range with its wire guard is being sold off under the Pro Line A-X clearance. Parts for the pump are supplied by our workshop.
Values apply to a 50 Hz supply. Air intake is the amount of air the pump draws in. Noise is given as the sound power level Lwa and the sound pressure at 4 m from the machine. A piston compressor works in cycles (topping up the tank and pausing), not continuously.
Ventilek advises
A ninety with 2.2 kW for a 230 V socket from the previous generation — the new A29B range has it only on 400 V, so if you want it for a socket, do not hesitate.
