ABAC Tech ATF · oil-free · 576 l/minFor the constant draw of a whole hall. The ATF-5.5-BTX delivers 576 l/min at 10 bar and is the strongest machine of the range supplied on a base frame. The S1 motor runs all shift, starts through star-delta and the airend draws in 1,146 l/min. The assembly measuring 1,073 × 693 × 761 mm weighs 101 kg.
What five and a half kilowatts bring
Against the four-kilowatt machine it is 576 instead of 396 l/min, that is 45 % more air. The machine grows as well, though: the frame is 1,073 mm long and the weight rises from 80 to 101 kg, so the location has to be planned in advance.
From this output up the delivery is the same as in the oil-lubricated ATL range — the oil-free airend no longer loses out here. On the smaller machines the ATF delivers slightly less air; here the difference is zero.

The delivered figure is the air the machine supplies at a working pressure of 10 bar; the intake is the volume the airend draws in. This machine already needs a proper receiver and proper pipework — 576 litres a minute will not fit through a narrow pipe. And count on the oil-free air still carrying water: if your process cannot take moisture, a dryer belongs downstream of the machine.
