    Pressure vessels and air tanks for compressors to the SPVD standard

    Vertical and horizontal pressure vessels made of high-quality carbon steel for compressed air and nitrogen. All vessels in this category are manufactured in compliance with the European Directive 2014/29/EU (SPVD) and are intended both for industrial use and for craft workshops.

    • ✅ Working pressure: 11 or 16 bar as standard.
    • ✅ Temperature resistance: Working temperature range from -10 to +100 °C.
    • ✅ Surface finish P: Blue powder coated (RAL 5015 shade).
    • ✅ Surface finish G: Hot-dip galvanised on both sides (zinc).
    • ✅ Surface finish A: Internal ALM epoxy coating (food-contact approval).

    Important note for ordering:

    Replace the three dots (...) in the order number with the letter of the required version:

    • P – Painted blue (e.g. VVP500-11)
    • G – Hot-dip galvanised
    • A – ALM internal coating (for the food industry)
    • R – Bare (without surface finish)

    * On the G and A versions, connection thread no. 1 is always 2" in size.

    Mascot Ventilek advises

    Ventilek advises: If you are looking for maximum service life in demanding operation, go for the G (galvanised) version. For food-industry use, on the other hand, the A version with ALM coating is essential, as it prevents the air from being contaminated by corrosion. Don't forget to order the fitting kit together with the vessel (pressure gauge, safety valve, shut-off cock) so that you can connect it straight away!
