18.5 kW stationThe middle complete station of the SPINN Large range. A compressor at 2,590 l/min stands on a 500-litre receiver together with a refrigerant dryer — a finished compressed-air station with nothing to assemble.
For sites drawing around two and a half thousand litres per minute that are building the compressor room in one go and want dry air from day one.
What sets the SPL-18/10D-500 apart
2,590 l/min and a 500 l receiver
The receiver covers peaks, so the compressor does not start on every short draw. That saves both electricity and the machine.
Ball valve for condensate
Drain the water from the receiver by turning a valve. No unscrewing, no tools.
Dryer with a dew-point indicator
The panel shows whether the dryer is actually drying. Dew point +3 °C, R410A refrigerant.
69 dB(A)
Two decibels louder than the station with the 15 kW, one quieter than the 22 kW.
What is inside
The latest-generation S67 screw block, driven from the electric motor by V-belts. Air leaving the block passes through vertical three-stage oil separation — in the photograph that is the tall black vessel.
The Infologic2 controller with a monochrome display oversees operation and tracks the 2,000 – 4,000 – 8,000 running hours service intervals. Oil level is checked through a sight glass on the outside of the machine, with no panel to remove.

When the figure starts to climb, the dryer is falling behind — most often because the condenser is clogged. A glance at the display on the morning walk-round saves repairing pipework marked by water.
