Where is your shipment?
You can find out where your shipment currently is at the top of the website https://www.geis-group.cz/en. There is a tracking box where you simply enter the shipment number. You will immediately see where your shipment is currently located.
What is the delivery time of shipments?
Geis typically delivers parcel and pallet shipments the next working day after picking up the shipment throughout the Czech Republic.
What are the other delivery options if I cannot receive the delivered shipment?
Smaller shipments (80 x 60 x 42 cm) weighing up to 15 kg can be redirected and subsequently picked up at one of the Geis Point pickup locations. The shipments are stored here for 7 calendar days. You, as the recipient, are continuously informed via SMS about the movement of the shipment. Redirecting the shipment can be done directly in the notification SMS you receive when we hand over the parcel for transport. You can also pick up the shipment in person at one of the Geis depots. This is possible from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM with the necessity to inform the customer line 951 277 777 in advance.
When can I pay by credit card?
You can pay by card at Geis if the sender has enabled this service - this applies to Geis Parcel CZ, i.e., parcel transport. For pallet transport and larger
shipments (Geis CZ), payment is only possible in cash.
