Delivery after working hours or to a GLS ParcelShop
- Upon request, parcels can be delivered in the vicinity of all 16 GLS depots even in the evening hours (between 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM).
- Upon request, you can pick up the parcel at a selected GLS ParcelShop. The list of GLS ParcelShops can be found at: www.gls-czech.com.

Continuous updates
- After completing the order, GLS will inform you via SMS and/or e-mail.
The notification contains information that the shipment will be delivered nationwide the next working day, who the sender is, and any cash-on-delivery amount.

Information about the delivery time window
- A second notification via SMS and/or e-mail will be sent on the morning of the delivery day, specifying the time when the courier will arrive.
- In the notification, you will receive the courier's phone number as well as contact information for customer service.

- If the delivery attempt to you is unsuccessful, you will receive a message within 15 minutes about how the next delivery should proceed.
